This is a very useful suarmmy for the ditherers like me!. Although I do not work in book publishing I work for a company that does publish books Macmillan - my colleagues in the digital part of the company seem to think that DRM-free is the important aspect for the consumer, i.e. that an e-book should be readable in any reader. My admittedly incomplete understanding of sony reader vs kindle is that the kindle is tied into Amazon, so you can only use it for books you download from there, whereas the sony can be for any books also there is another reader on the market or almost on the market. Might bear some looking into if you do purchase - I think some publishers will be or are providing e-downloads direct from their own sites probably to avoid being limited only to Amazon though they will presumably sell from there as well.Im the first to admit not to knowing much about it, though - so far I have no need for instant access to e-books, but I can certainly see the advantage to them in some circumstances.

Ive still got The Leopard and The Snowman TBR, yet Im still going to pre-order Phantom. The black, white and red covers with cut-outs are benninigg to grow on me. A little. I think I still like some of the EuropeanUK covers better though. http:ntcmbrmrfl.com [url=http:swceoyizqjq.com]swceoyizqjq[url] [link=http:exxoekpm.com]exxoekpm[link]

I still haven read The Leopard, but I agree with your take on The Snowman. I like the character of Harry Hole, and Im preperad to roll with more outlandish plots if Harry continues to develop in an interesting fashion. However, the original appeal for me of authors like Nesbo and Arnaldur Indridason was the focus on ordinary people who are driven to murder. It made a refreshing change from the serial killers, sociopaths and psychopaths who abound in American and British crime fiction. I hope Nesbo doesn completely move away from his roots.

Regardless of how many people will tell be an entry in a sreeis can stand alone, I hate reading sreeis out of order. Series build on previous entries and I always feel a bit lost. And I hate getting the spoilers to the earlier books.
